Ingredients

  • Canned chickpeas a.s.
  • Parmesan Cheese q.s.
  • Baby Dark Kale q.s.
  • Evo oil q.s.
  • Lemon q.s.
  • Salt q.s.
  • Black pepper q.s.
  • Garlic q.s.

How to do

First of all, wash the chickpeas and season with extra virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper. Bake them for about 10 minutes in a preheated oven, until they are golden and crisp. Meanwhile, prepare the seasoning by mixing more oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and black pepper.

Wash the Baby Dark Kale and season it with the mixture. Cut the Parmesan into flakes, help yourself with a potato peeler. Put the salad in plates and decorate with chickpeas and Parmesan.
