Baby Red Leaf Salad
Ingredients:
- 500 grams Baby Red Leaf
- 10 grape tomatoes cut into wedges
- 200 grams Feta cheese
- Garlic to taste
- 1 big cucumber
- 6 peeled radishes
- Salt q.s.
- Extra virgin olive oil q.s.
How to do
First, wash all the vegetables. Cut the cucumber into slices and the grape tomatoes into wedges. Add everything to a bowl and mix with salt and extra virgin olive oil. Mince the garlic and then mix again.
