80 grams of Parmesan
Method
Wash the chickpeas. Brown them for about 10 minutes in a pan with extra virgin olive oil, the garlic clove, salt, and pepper and turn off the heat when they are slightly golden and crispy. In the meantime, prepare a condiment seasoning extra virgin olive oil, squeezed lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Flavour the Baby Green Kale with the seasoning you made.
